Condo Strata Election Described as Most Important in History of Condo Elections With Existential Repercussions

Things are heating up at the Willow Creek Retirement Complex as the election of a new strata board nears.. According to the early front runner in this year’s Willow Creek Manor strata election, “Things just could not be worse here at Willow Creek.” Candace Row, one of the candidates running for chairperson of WCM strata board, stated that she just could not see the housing complex even existing much longer if the current administration continues to hold power for the next two year term.

Row went on to say that, “It feels like things have never been worse here a Willow Creek. How could anyone vote for this corrupt administration after this obviously disastrous term?”

Row’s main contender in the election race is the incumbent Strata board Chairperson Wendy Reid. In a statement released to NCN, Reid pointed out that Row has been caught parking in restricted areas and had cut in to the supper line on numerous occasions. “Someone one with moral standards that low can hardly be trusted with the entire future of senior’s condo development. No doubt a lot of people are going to leave Willow Creek if she gets in. She is just very a horrible person.”

Row responded with a recent pictures showing Reid having guests in her room after 10:00 p.m. and walking on a crosswalk well after the time allotted by the “Don’t Walk” sign. “I can’t even believe that there are people capable of such bad behaviour.”

Condo Strata Election experts are agreeing with pre-election polls which give Row a slight edge. Experts also agree however, that a lot will depend on voter turn out which was light in the previous election cycle. According to election records, last term 10 people turned out to vote but officials are hoping to see as much as a 50% increase this time around.

Results of the election will be posted in the main foyer as soon as they are counted tonight. Officials also wanted to inform residences that dinner this evening is steak and lobster and a nice Pinot Grigio 2010. Vegan options are also available.
