Fallen Arches restaurant digital menu shows system error with customers waiting

Fast Food Chain Admits That In-store Menu Display Not Really There for Customers to Read

Due to a pending law suit, The Fallen Burgers Co. were forced to admit that they had no intention of providing a digital display menu that was readable by their customers. Many customers have noticed for a while now that the menu items on the digital menu appear only just long enough to make you wonder if you are being taunted by the sign maker.

Spokespeople for the company released a written statement today which reads: “Fallen Arches Burger Co. had initially put the displays up intentionally with menu items going by way too fast for any customer to actually read let alone decide which item they would like to order. We thought customers would enjoy getting to know the whole menu of choices before deciding on what they wanted. It was a way of making people scroll through the whole menu before returning to what they could now be sure they really wanted. Unfortunately, this meant that every customer has to sit through every menu item, sometimes several times. We admit that making the digital menu readable just never crossed our minds. We now see that our customers would prefer to just read the menu at a regular human rate and we are Ok with that.. Fallen Arches apologizes for this oversight and, as a company, we are willing to explore this option with our digital signage in future.”
